Fried Rice by Pentax Da 21mm f3.2 limited

Yes, I love the fried rice that is done right.
The Aussie Fried rice are often simmered with peas and hams. No egg flavour from the stir fried. Yet, the dish often gets charged an unreasonable price.
My version of fried rice is very simply. Shallot flavour needs to come out as well as the egg being cooked to a degree that oozes the fragrance.
Here is Da 21mm f3.2 limited at work and it is not too bad for a lens being criticised to death.

Suecae, it is usually done in an instant of wok fry. :) I missed my own cooking these days as I am now taking away almost every day

Take away.. you mean fast food, don't you? This rice looks so much better than any KFC!
