Summer Flower by Pentax A 50mm f1.2

A fast 50mm seems to be a prized possession for many. A must have item for sure. But how many of us really know how to use a 50mm f1.2 at all?
I do not know about this either. However, a fast 50mm like having an aperture of f1.2 does imply creativity and thinking beyond the square we are living in.This image would seem very dull to many. However, it is an attempt to make imagery a little more different. From technical point of view, the focus in really on the yellow flower off centre to the left. The photograph itself has two elements that sandwitched the subject flower: Foreground bokeh and Background bokeh. As one untrained eye could see, the foreground appears more pleasant and swirly comparing to the background bokeh - a commong finding in pentax lens line-up.Arrangement of the bokeh elements are forming a leading line through the subject and somewhat appears eye catching...Even if you do not aggree, this is what a 50mm f1.2 could offer you where f1.4 would not be able to blurr the bokeh effectively.

As an amateur photographer, I must say I can learn many things from you about photography....

I think I could learn a lot more from everyone surrounding me. It is something that everyone co-shares.
